How long does a project take?

Most projects take 7–14 days from our first call to a live site, depending on how quickly you can review and approve. I'll keep you updated the whole way.

Do I need to give you my current website login?

Only for a redesign if you want me to pull existing content or images over. If you're starting fresh, I build the new site from the ground up and help you get it ready to launch.

What if I don't like the design?

One full revision round is included. If something is off, I'll rework it. We don't launch until you're genuinely happy with the result.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

Yes — your new site is hosted through my platform, included free for the first 3 months. After that it continues on a simple monthly plan starting at $40/mo. Domain registration stays with your existing registrar.

Is there ongoing support after launch?

Yes. If you want me to handle hosting and updates after launch, the Hosting & Care page has optional month-to-month plans.

How do the military, first-responder, senior, and new-business discounts work?

When we talk on the call, just mention which discount applies to you and I'll reflect it on your final quote. No forms, no requirements.
